Who can benefit?

Anyone who has experienced stress, tension, or trauma can benefit from TRE™. It’s especially helpful for individuals dealing with chronic stress, anxiety, physical tension, or past trauma. TRE™ is also widely used by healthcare professionals, first responders, athletes, and individuals in high-stress environments. TRE™ can have a very positive effect on teams of people, bringing harmony and collaboration.

My own experience of establishing a regular TRE practice, has brought many benefits. Generally, I feel I have more energy, greater capacity to take on more, without feeling overwhelmed. Old habitual responses to stress, confrontation or difficult situations seem to be less reactive. I feel I am able to notice them sooner and have learnt to acknowledge them and find myself able to wait, give myself time to think about the situation and then respond with more thought and clarity. My body feels like I have less discomfort, or areas of discomfort and my relationship with my body has become more positive.
